Terms of participation in promotional activities

1. Toi&Moi ("TOOA AND MOOA S.A. INDUSTRIAL COMPANY FOR THE MANUFACTURE AND TRADE OF WOMEN'S INTERFACES AND ACCESSORIES" hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter Company") is organizing a series of promotional activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Actions"), in which interested parties are invited to fill in their email at https://www. toi-moi.com/grc/el , in order to subscribe to the Company's newsletter to be informed about products and news of the Company.

2. The completion of the E-mail implies the express and unconditional consent of the participant for the entry of personal data in a file to be kept by the supporting Organizing Company for the purpose of this action, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/1997. Participants' personal data will be kept on file and processed by the Promoter Company in accordance with the new GDPR rules. The purpose of the collection, retention and processing of personal data by the Promoter Company is to inform about products and updates of the Promoter Company. At any time, each participant has the right to access his/her personal data and to inform or object to the further processing of his/her data, according to article 13 of Law 2472/97, upon written request to the above mentioned company at [email protected]

3. Participants consent to the posting of their name on Toi&moi's social media.
